hair tip for more volume

If you are looking for ways to get just that little bit more uplift in your hair then here's a little tip you can use after washing your hair:

1. Flip your head upside down
2. Start by towel drying your hair gently so that it is not dripping wet
3. Use a wide toothed comb to guide your hair downwards and get rid of any knots
4. Apply heat protect spray and comb through (I use the poker straight one by Lee stafford)
5. Then use a blow dryer to dry your hair

This isn't magic and won't give you amazingly volumous hair but it will help. Because the hair dried in the direction away from your head, that's the way it will want to go, giving it that little bit of uplift. ;)

I hope this helped x

Social anxiety help links

Whenever you have a problem, you can always turn to something or someone but the Internet probably offers the most help and information. Some will request money and others are simply there to help so don't convince yourself that you need to spend loads of money on fixing your problems. Here are a few links that i found helpful for social anxiety:

You may think that anxiety can't possibly be fixed this easily but it does take time and effort and I still suffer from it however, using tips suggested on these web pages could help you to relax a bit in social situations.
I hope these helped.

♡ REVIEW: Vaseline moisturisers ♡

Vaseline spray & go body moisturiser, Vaseline health hands + stronger nails hand cream

Body moisturiser:

I found this very convenient and much prefer it to cream moisturiser that comes in tubs as this sprays evenly and doesn't feel thick, greasy or uncomfortable (which I hate). It smells absolutely amazing and absorbs really quickly. It is a fairly big can and will probably last me a long time :)

Hand cream:

During winter, my hands get really dry and chapped. I very rarely purchase hand cream as they don't really seem to make much of a difference plus, I can't stand having greasy hands. However, when I spotted this labelled 'healthy hands + stronger nails' (which is EXACTLY what I need) at just £2, I had to try it. I tested it out as soon as I left the shop as I was actually very excited to see how well it worked. I instantly noticed the gorgeous smell - I would describe it as peach and rose but quite subtle - I applied it very sparingly as I was worried about it being greasy, however it absorbed almost instantly and I applied more. It feels and smells so nice that i now carry it everywhere and keep reapplying it.

little beauty haul :)

Me and my friend Megan went shopping together at the weekend and ventured into a couple of cosmetic shops. I picked up few bits and bobs, mainly skincare. I would say that was a successful outing and now I have lots of things to try :)
